You can get extra support through the employee assistance programme (EAP) located in your base countries. Simply call them to have a chat about your situation. With absolute confidentiality, they’ll listen, advise and help you.

Lifeline International
LifeLine International is a global charity represented in 25 countries, who operate over 200 suicide prevention and crisis support services. Click on this link to find a helpline in your country.

Samaritans
The Samaritans is a registered charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide throughout the UK and Ireland. You can access them through their confidential helpline or website.

UniSafe
Support resources for gender-based violence.
UniSafe is a research project on gender-based violence in Europe, that provides a resource list of counselling and helplines in various European countries.

Available in around the world, people get together to share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to do the same.​

More than 200 groups are listed with the International OCD Foundation, which aids those affected by the disorder and their families.

Mind
Mind is a UK based charity which aims to provide support and advice for all mental health problems. It’s a great resource and provides immediate advice and support. Even if you’re not in the UK, Mind has a library of relevant mental health topics and online peer support groups.
