Headspace is an online resource which promotes mindfulness and practical meditation techniques by web resources and podcast. Widely used within the pilot community it can help with a wide range of scenarios, including sleep and resilience.
Mind
Mind is a UK based charity which aims to provide support and advice for all mental health problems. Mind is a great resource and provides immediate advice and support.

Project Waypoint
Project Waypoint is an online resource for pilots. It seeks to address mental health topics within aviation as well as the psychological impact of specific aspects of the job (e.g. SIM Anxiety). At present you can view the demonstration topic of Depression.
ReThink Mental Illness
Our Advice Service offers practical help on issues such as the Mental Health Act, community care, welfare benefits, criminal justice and carers rights. They also offer general help on living with mental illness, medication, care & treatment.
Samaritans
The Samaritans is a registered charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide throughout the UK and Ireland. You can access them through their confidential helpline or website.
